I practiced prenatal yoga with Samprada throughout my pregnancy, and it was an amazing experience! She created such a supportive and nurturing space, always offering safe modifications and emphasizing breathwork and relaxation. The gentle stretches helped ease my back pain, relieve hip tightness, and kept me feeling calm and connected to my baby. Even after delivery, I can feel how much those sessions supported my body and mind during pregnancy. Highly recommend her classes to every expecting mom!

I started my yoga journey with Samprada when I was 5 months pregnant she is very knowledgeable and make sure we maintain correct posture. Apart from yoga, she would also provide self care tips for smooth pregnancy which was helpful. I attended her postpartum yoga classes as well which helped me to back to my normal self.
